What this site receives, and what it does not.

This notice explains the small amount of information used to run the website, answer an inquiry, book a working session, manage the newsletter, and send someone to an outside store.

Do not send sensitive information.

This is not a healthcare system or a secure place for clinical information. Do not submit protected health information or PHI, patient data, confidential employer or client material, passwords, API keys, account credentials, or other secrets through this website.

If you join The Frontline AI Brief, the newsletter form sends the email address you enter to Buttondown. Buttondown sends a confirmation message. You are not subscribed unless you use the confirmation link.

At most two emails per month. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link. Joining the newsletter is separate from downloading or using any free resource on this site.

Inquiries through Formspree

The Project Fit form and the optional Workflow Readiness follow-up use Formspree. The complimentary client-tool application uses Formspree too. When you intentionally submit an open form, Formspree receives the fields shown in that form, stores the submission in Keith's existing Formspree form inbox, and emails it to Keith's private inbox so he can evaluate and reply to the request.

The client-tool application sends the public website or profile URL, recurring client question, next-action URL, email address, required authority, safety, contact, and claim-approval confirmation, and required review-and-launch timing confirmation. It also sends fixed routing labels that identify the application version and source page, plus a random duplicate-prevention ID generated for the submission attempt. The Project Fit form sends its fixed source page and, only when you arrive through one of Keith's approved campaign links, a fixed campaign label. The site ignores any other source value. Submitting an inquiry does not add you to the newsletter.

Keith does not duplicate the raw form data in operating logs or client files. Formspree retains its copy under the existing account controls; no fixed deletion period is promised.

Session booking through Cal.com

The one-to-one working-session link opens Cal.com. Cal.com and Keith receive the name, email address, timezone, selected time, answers entered in the three required booking questions, and any reason the visitor provides when canceling or rescheduling. Keith can review those booking details in his Cal.com account to prepare. Cal Video provides the meeting room. The session is not recorded automatically. No one should start a recording unless everyone expressly agrees before it begins.

Stripe processes the $250 payment inside the Cal.com booking flow. This website does not receive or store card numbers or payment credentials. Do not enter protected health information, confidential employer or client material, passwords, account credentials, or other secrets.

Hosting and privacy-safe measurement through Vercel

Vercel hosts this website and provides page and event analytics. The site measures actions such as opening a page, choosing a service, starting an inquiry, attempting a newsletter signup, completing a client tool, or clicking an outside purchase link.

Client tools record only the tool name, start, completion, final result category, and call-to-action click. They do not send answer choices, names, email addresses, or other identity fields to Vercel Analytics. Newsletter measurement records only the page and form placement. It does not send the email address, consent choice, inquiry answers, readiness answers, or payment details.

When a visit comes from a recognized search engine or AI answer service, the site keeps only a fixed source label such as Google, Bing, ChatGPT, or Perplexity in that browser tab's session storage. The label can connect that visit to a later action such as starting an inquiry or choosing an outside checkout. The site does not store or send the referring URL, search terms, prompts, page contents, form answers, or identity fields with that label. The label disappears when the tab session ends.

Tools that stay in your browser

The 10-example workflow-testing worksheet stores entries in your browser's local storage so the page can restore your work. Its CSV export and print-to-PDF action happen from your browser. Clear the worksheet to remove its saved entry from that browser.

The Workflow Readiness questions and score are calculated in your browser. They are not sent unless you choose to use the optional Formspree follow-up.

The First AI Task Finder and each client tool also calculate answers and results in your browser. They use no browser storage. Answers disappear when you reset, reload, or close the page.

Purchases happen in external stores

Amazon handles book purchases, Lemon Squeezy handles The Finish Loop purchase, and Stripe handles public-class registration and paid-session booking. Those companies receive and process the information needed for their own checkout under their policies.

Keith Staggers Studio does not receive or store card numbers through this website. This site records only a privacy-safe click or checkout-intent event before you leave for the store.

Your choices

You can read every public Note and use the free workflow resources without joining the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter in any issue, avoid submitting either inquiry form, clear locally saved worksheet entries, or leave before opening an external store.

For a privacy question, use Tell Keith about your task and write "privacy question" in ordinary words. Do not include sensitive or confidential information.
